Lead & develop: You guide the Capability Quality team professionally and disciplinefully, promote the further development of the team members and act as an active part of the team itself hands-on in software development. You shape quality: you are responsible for test strategy, test methodology, and quality standards and ensure consistent quality assurance across the entire software development process. You bring in your know-how and take part in the solution and implementation. Secure Quality & Control Resources: You will ensure the required QA and test capacities for product development and customer projects, including the capacity, resource and cost planning of your specialist team. Drive automation: Our test automation, tools and test infrastructure are further developed by you and your team. It establishes modern and uniform QA methods across the development teams. Networking of people & expertise: In close cooperation with the other specialist teams, you succeed and bring your expertise into joint quality and release decisions.

Technical know-how: You have a degree in computer science, software technology or a comparable qualification. Gathered experience: Found experience in quality assurance and software testing as well as leadership experience. Modern QA Skills: Test strategy and methodology, Test automation, Test management, Error tracking and quality assurance in the software development process are your professional toolbox. Knowledge of the CI/CD integration of tests as well as industry standard certifications (e.g. ISTQB Certified Tester) are advantageous. Leadership with clarity: You combine quality awareness and analytical thinking with communication strength, care, decision-making and enforcement. Your German skills are at least on level C1. Flexibility: Occasional service trips are natural for you; You bring a class B license.
