You lead the development of new line camera products and image processing solutions from concept phase to series production You lead the development of new multi-site camera platform products together with colleagues from different company locations You are responsible for the entire implementation process, including specifications, costs and schedules You work with internal and external customers as well as a strong development team to develop the technical specifications You work with the team to design technical solutions for new products You lead interdisciplinary project teams, consisting of design, electronics and software developers You function as a communication interface between the development team and the customer throughout the entire project. You are responsible for project documentation and document management

Degree in Electrical Engineering / Optics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Mechatronics / Physics or comparable training Experience in the fields of image processing, optics, electronics or software development is advantageous Experience with agile methods in project management is advantageous Flowing German and English skills Experience or interest in managing projects for the development of technical products Entrepreneurial thinking to advance projects and product development Impressed communication skills, both internally and with customers, in an international environment
