Coordinate and control renovation projects: you keep an overview and ensure smooth operations. Team leadership and motivation: You bring our craft teams to success. Quality and productivity management: ensuring high standards on construction sites. After-calculation and removal of measures: You analyze projects and successfully implement optimizations. Customers inspire: Your open and empathic way creates trust and ensures satisfied customers. Interface to internal departments: You are responsible for clear communication and efficient cooperation. Completion as a civil engineer, architect, civil engineer or master or qualified craft training. At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
