Multiannual experience in restaurant service – ideally in the à la carte, conference or banquet area. An independent, structured and predictive way of working. The claim to deliver quality and reliably implement tasks to detail. Joy in being a host of conviction and inspiring people. Quiet and overview – even if the restaurant is full. Team spirit, a well-kept appearance and an open approach to guests and colleagues. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.

You are self-sufficient to ensure that our guests experience a special service from the first to the last moment. You guide your service area autonomously and keep an overview even in lively situations. You think, plan ahead and make sure that behind the scenes everything is in the right place at the right time – from Mise en Place to the perfectly prepared event room. You coordinate your processes independently and recognize what is needed next before someone has to say. You advise our guests competently and inspire them for food, drinks and recommendations. You organize smaller banquets and events independently and ensure a smooth run. You make sure that your work area is perfectly prepared, maintained and ready for use at any time. You bring ideas, optimise processes and develop our service together with the team. You support trainees and colleagues with your experience.
