Foreman Machining (m/f/d)

Management and organisation: Planning of personnel deployment, technical management and further development of the team, monitoring of work results and coordination of capacities Work coordination: Planning and control of production orders and ensuring the availability of materials and equipment including maintenance and maintenance Quality & Security: Ensuring compliance with quality, work and safety standards Improving efficiency: Identification and implementation of optimization measures in the area of machining

Qualification: Complete training in the metal sector (e.g. machining or precision mechanics (m/w/d)) and further training as a master (e.g. certified industrial master metal (IHK) (m/w/d)) or a comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual professional experience in cutting Know-how: Good ERP knowledge, forklift license Management competence: First experience in the professional management of employees So you work: You are team-oriented, reliable and willing to take responsibility.
