Working student in customer and contract management (m/f/d)

Organization: You support our professional teams in day-to-day business and ensure a smooth working day. Customer Focus: You process selected queries from our end customers, internal customers and business partners (m/w/d). Specialization: You participate in complex business incidents and professional audits and work with our existing and specialist systems. Quality and further development: You support evaluations, quality assurances and process optimizations. Teamwork: You are part of a dedicated team, bring your ideas actively and have the opportunity to cross-departmental cooperation.

Studies: You are currently immatriculated in an economic or comparable course of study. Experience: First insights into commercial activities are beneficial – more important is your willingness to learn. Tools: You work safely with Microsoft 365 as well as collaboration and knowledge management tools. Personality: You are communicative, reliable, perform confidently and have very good German skills.
