Project Management Expert (m/w/d)

TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK is a company of TKMS GmbH and stands for maritime safety. Project Management Process: In your role as Process Manager Project Management, you define processes, methods and tools within the framework of project management and are responsible for the continuous development of processes and standards. Power: As a driving force for integrated project portfolio management, it is your mission to ensure efficient and integrated process chains of the entire enterprise. Process implementation support: You independently carry out trainings to the project management processes and support the project teams in implementing the processes by selected coaching measures. Ensure measurement capability: You are responsible for defining, implementing and collecting key figures on the project management processes and assist in ensuring process compliance. Project Management Community: You organize a continuous exchange on process improvements with the project management community and conduct internal training and further training events on the topic of project management. Strengthening cooperation: You maintain and build sustainable relationships with intra-group stakeholders and coordinate actions with adjacent specialist areas such as product portfolio management.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed study of business management or economic engineering or comparable qualifications. You have a multi-year technical, commercial or contractual professional experience in the handling and evaluation of complex offers and contracts. You can present a project management or system engineering certification and have been able to apply it through relevant professional experience. Reliability, independence and a safe and addressable appearance are of course for you. You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a high sustainable outcome orientation. You are characterized by an extraordinary willingness to use, diligence, enforcing and joy in working in interdisciplinary teams. You are ready for occasional business trips in Germany and abroad. Very good knowledge of English as well as a safe handling of popular MS Office applications complete your profile.
