Projektmanager (m/w/d) You take over the entire supply process, both in terms of location and area, and take over the technical coordination of the internal supply team. With technical understanding and the pleasure of sales you create the perfect offer for our customers in cooperation with all interfaces. Your duties include: Sighting, recording, evaluation and testing of request documents as well as deriving customer-specific requirements incl. a technical (growing) test for completeness Creating the offer structure and the offer plan in the function as an interface between sales manager and offer team Use of internal IT tools and databases for effective control of progress in the supply process Timely and efficient completion of offers in compliance with budget requirements for the international, European and German market Creating or contributing content (texts, graphics, images) to the offer documents Continuous testing of the quality of supply documents and ensuring compliance with customer requirements Evaluation of the supply process according to standardized measurement variables with regard to the achievement of target specifications Active cooperation in the further development of the sales and, in particular, the bid management organisation Head of the review process for technical and content control of the offer documents Examination of price consistency on the basis of previous offers/monitoring of the estimated project expenses, in particular with regard to the customer budget Control of the defined Winning Strategy

Business training with a high technical affinity or studies in business management, engineering or comparable Embossed professional experience in supply management and/or active sales experience in the sales service, additional management function desirable Knowledge of purchasing processes and/or procurement processes in the public sector (B2G) desirable Convincing and strong personality with clear customer orientation English knowledge in word and writing
