Export Clerk – France / Worldwide (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for our French customers and foreign service colleagues and with your service idea for professional support. With a secure sense of customer needs, you will create individual offers and take over the complete order processing – from order acquisition and confirmation to timely delivery – and keep an overview at any time. As a reliable interface between customers, sales and logistics, you will ensure smooth flow of information and efficient cooperation. Complaints and customer concerns You are committed and solution-oriented. You will find pragmatic ways to ensure high customer satisfaction. You create the required customs documents and ensure that all customs formalities comply with the law. Through the careful care of customer and order data in the ERP system, you create the basis for transparent processes and a high data quality.

You have a successfully completed commercial training and pleasure in dealing with customers and colleagues. Ideally, you have been able to gain first experiences in export or international order processing and feel comfortable in an international environment. With your structured and self-responsive way of working, you can also keep track of multiple parallel processes and set priorities. You communicate in French and English – both in writing and oral – and are sure to move in exchange with international customers and partners. The current MS Office applications are used to routinate and use them specifically for the organization and processing of your tasks.
