We, the aboratis, are advising and communicating in the production of personnel. We are looking for our customer company

Production Manager (m/w/d).

Your future tasks:

• Management, motivation and professional training of about 30 employees in our production
• ensuring a smooth production process
• monitoring of product quality, the achievement of plan figures and compliance with accident prevention regulations
• Control and control of resource and personnel deployment planning
• Continuous optimization of production processes

Take this with you:

• You have a completed training in a metal profession, ideally you have completed a training as a master (e.g. industrial master metal)
• You have already carried out professional experience in metalworking and responsibility for employees, e.g. as team leader, shift leader or foreman (m/w/d)
• In dealing with current MS Office applications, you are practiced, desirable would be basic knowledge of SAP
• Ideally you own a fork certificate
• You think and act entrepreneurial, have a pronounced organizational ability, can motivate your employees and have no problem working in 2-shift operation
