You conduct competent and efficient telephone calls with end customers to receive vacancy, option and booking requests and focus on a high drop rate You carefully edit the font entry (options, bookings, comments, Rebookings, cancellations and internet enquiries and bookings and general enquiries) You develop measures to increase sales to direct customers and identify new sales opportunities You always keep in mind the documentation of your actions and regular success control You actively engage our direct customers, possibly also personally on site, to strengthen customer retention and increase our sales Your cooperation in projects and your active participation in the further development of the team and its processes are essential You work to achieve the defined key figures of the direct customer team You will process enquiries regarding ESTA and VISA regulations and Elvis bookings The creation and dispatch of serial letters, including subsequent rebookings and the review of travel documents, also fall into your area of responsibility You perform tasks such as flower orders, special insurance services, and coordination of birthday and Christmas actions to ensure high customer satisfaction
