As a team leader Planning (m/w/d), you are responsible for the external planner team and you are shaping the development of our challenging building projects at the new AI campus in Heilbronn - from the first sketch to the sophisticated solution You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team. Through targeted motivation and promotion, you accompany your employees in their development and make sure that your team achieves top performances together You control sophisticated building projects throughout the design and design phase and guarantee the timely handover of the execution-ready planning (LPH 1–5 HOAI) You ensure compliance with design, functional and technical standards as well as cost and time control within the planning phase You are responsible for project controlling and reporting, as well as the preparation of decision bases for our steering bodies As a stimulus, you drive the integration of new technologies and constructions into our designs

You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering/construction or a comparable degree course You have several years of professional experience in the planning of complex construction projects (LPH 1–5), bringing well-founded knowledge in building and planning law (HOAI, VOB, BauO) and understands the close connections between design, costs and successful realization You bring first leadership experience and are ready to take on the professional and disciplinary responsibility for your team. You understand motivating and promoting employees in a targeted manner to advance them in their personal and professional development and to achieve ambitious goals together You control complex tasks independently and always keep an overview thanks to your structured work. You are going forward in a solution-oriented manner and understand the need to act You're eager with entrepreneurial vision, combined with a clear service mentality and don't lose sight of the cost awareness You are passionate about innovation, automation, AI, and the digital transformation and you want to participate in a major project in the heart of Heilbronn
