As a health and nursing agent (m/w/d), you play an important role in the care process. They accompany people with different illnesses through their daily treatment and ensure that medical measures are implemented reliably. You work closely with the medical team as well as other departments.

Your job as a health care provider (m/w/d)

The focus of your work is the professional care of the patients entrusted to you. This includes, inter alia, the following activities:

• Implementation of basic care and treatment care according to current nursing standards • Implementation of medical arrangements and implementation of medical measures • Monitoring of vital values and monitoring of patient health • Support in diagnostic studies and therapeutic treatments • Coordination of procedures in day care and coordination with the interdisciplinary team • Advice and care of relatives in sensitive situations • Ensure the applicable hygiene rules in the area of work • Careful documentation of all nursing measures and observations

In addition, you bring your technical assessment into team meetings and contribute to quality assurance measures.

Your working day as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d)

The everyday care is varied and requires both organization and fingertip feeling. They work in a team of nursing staff, doctors and other professionals who jointly provide reliable care for patients.

Structured handovers also include a clear vote in the team. Information is documented in a transparent manner so that all parties are at the same level at all times. This keeps an overview even in more demanding situations.

As a health and nursing agent (m/w/d), you plan care processes independently and react flexibly to changes in the health of patients. At the same time, their personal needs are always at the centre of attention. The respectful handling of each other shapes cooperation in the entire team.

Your profile

This activity requires a completed training in the care sector. A reliable and structured procedure is also important.

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification • Safe handling of nursing standards and medical procedures • Responsible work in challenging situations • Empathic and respectful handling of patients, patients and relatives • Team skills and clear and binding communication • Structured and independent organization of own tasks • willingness to change services within the framework of operational requirements
