This position combines technical implementation skills with structured project management. The central point is not the pure coding, but the active shaping: confi­cating points, accompanying Go-Lives, keeping projects running – and bringing all those involved on course. Stakeholder & Demand Management: Struc­tured request at specialist and management level; self-explanatory advice from stakeholders in the selection and acceptance of suitable IT solutions Project management: Accompanying projects from requirement analysis, independent design to technological realization IT architecture & system integration: conception, assignment and further development of cutting points (REST, SOAP, Graph API). Integration of cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure). Developing the IT architecture in the hybrid cloud environment. Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and platforms. Secure stable IT service processes through monitoring, maintenance and incident management

Completed IT-oriented studies (Bachelor / Master) or alternatively a completed IT training Multiannual relevant professional experience in a cutting-point role between IT and the specialist sector incl. Project control Practical experience in process automation and scripting (PowerShell, Power Automate, etc.) Relevant certifications of advantage: (PRINCE2, Microsoft certifications etc.) Communication strength, decontamination and capacity Knowledge of the design and support of cutting points and integration scenarios (REST APIs, SOAP, Graph API, Webhooks, etc.) Knowledge of the administration of a hybrid microsoft environment Very good knowledge of German and English
