As our new IT consultant, you are the hub for the IT procedures in open-Xchange environments. You are the strategist who ensures that all processes work smoothly and that the high safety standards in the public sector are complied with. You take over the control and management of IT procedures in the context of Open-Xchange. You ensure compliance with regulatory security and data protection requirements and take the proof.

You'll create and plead concepts, process documentation and audit documents.

You are the interface between departments, operating units and project teams.

You accompany architectural and operating decisions at organisational level.

You are responsible for quality assurance and documentation for audits, acceptances and certifications.

Experience in process management in the public sector.

Knowledge of BSI IT Basic Protection, Data Protection and Security Audits.

Knowledge of email infrastructures (including OX, Postfix/Dovecot, SMTP/IMAP, DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC) at process and concept level.

Very good knowledge of process documentation and demonstration.

Remarkable: Experience with monitoring and reporting solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix), knowledge of identity management (LDAP, OpenID, Keycloak) as well as know-how about high availability and scalability.

Certifications in IT security or project management (e.g. CISSP, ISO 27001, PRINCE2) are a plus.
