To strengthen our team, we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) for the Digital Workplace Support segment at the next possible time. You are the first contact point for our users – by ticket system, telephone or email Analyze and resolve hard and software problems on clients, peripherals, printers and applications You support our colleagues at various locations competently and service-oriented You integrierst and roll out terminal hardware and software You manage and care for our client management software (Matrix42Empirum) You think of a clean documentation and keep our IT environment up to date Readiness is one of your tasks – so you take responsibility and can actively contribute to the smooth IT operation

You have a completed training in IT, e.g. specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you bring a multi-year experience in Digital Workplace Support You have good knowledge of the Microsoft World (Windows Client & Server) You have a good feeling for mistakes – and more fun to solve them You work structured, analytical and process-oriented You are communicative, service-oriented and a real team player You bring very good German skills You want to develop our IT infrastructure together in the team
