Your tasks:

• Individual implementation of the monthly pay bill for a defined group of employees
• Advice and support of internal customers in tax, social insurance and collective bargaining issues
• Ensure notifications to social and pension insurance providers, professional cooperatives etc.
• Correspondence with authorities, financial offices, health insurance and social security institutions
• Processing of the processes in pay billing from the recruitment to the exit of employees
• Creation of certificates and correspondence with employees and external bodies

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies or comparable commercial training
• Finded professional experience in the field of pay billing
• Secure handling of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
• Embossed numerical understanding, high accuracy and reliability
• German language and writing
