Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig, Mannheim, Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart.

As a Consultant Payroll (m/w/d), you will be advising our international clients together with your team, thus contributing to efficient processes and the optimization of HR compliance management. Consulting: Together with our expert, you analyze existing processes in the HR sector and develop solutions for smooth processes. In addition, you support our clients with ongoing wage tax issues. Variety of tasks: While you are working with GES in the payroll consulting sector with the advice of companies regarding national and international issues and special projects (e.g. building an internal control system, due diligence support), in the GES Payroll area, you focus on the implementation of payroll accounting in the international context. At BPS, your tasks vary from salary billing for nationally active employees to projects related to CFO. Hands-on-Mentality: You support our clients in their accounting and wage tax issues and advises on various interfaces such as financial and wage accounting. Agility: In your projects you work with motivated colleagues in different departments and locations or with our international clients on site.

Completion in economics or completed training Ideally, first practical experience from, for example, internship or student work activities Interest in wage tax and social security law and good understanding of entrepreneurial processes Number affinity, safe handling of MS Office and lust for demanding projects in international teams, fast conception and high access German and English very well in word and writing
