Responsive takeover of basic and treatment care (LG1 and LG2) with our customers (m/w/d) in Leverkusen Contact person (m/w/d) for our customers (m/w/d), their relatives or supervisors (m/w/d) – you are interested in an open, value-assured communication Close cooperation with all Malteser services and other professional groups in a multi-professional team

You have a qualification as a nurse (m/w/d) with LG1 and LG2 Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in outpatient care You are open to new challenges, enjoy innovation and find creative solutions You bring empathy, reliability, friendliness and patience Class B driving licence and desire to be mobile in space Leverkusen Identification with our Christian values and motivation to shape care with heart and attitude Positive attitude to digital solutions and team work
