Business Partner Sales / Sales Development Retail (m/f/d)

Support for sales management in the strategic and operational development of the sales organisation Control, coordination and support of cross-departmental projects, transformation and digitization initiatives with direct relevance for distribution Acquisition of a central interface between the regions, as the biomarkets and the departments of the central Recording, bundling, prioritization and follow-up of sales requirements as well as controlling the coordination with the responsible specialist departments Participation in the introduction of new systems and processes and ensuring a successful transfer to the sales organization Analysis, design and continuous optimization of sales-relevant processes and workflows to increase efficiency, quality and feasibility in the operative branch business Planning, preparation and implementation of targeted communication, information and training measures Creation of concepts, decision templates and presentations for the department management

Successfully completed study of the business economy, economics or a comparable commercial qualification Multiannual professional experience in filialised retail, ideally in food retail, as well as in sales-related, process-oriented or project-related tasks. Experience in supporting change, transformation or digitization projects Embossed understanding of the requirements and procedures in the operative branch business High communication and organizational strength as well as the ability to combine different interests and to work together with different stakeholders in a targeted manner Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation with pronounced implementation strength Analytical thinkability and safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous
