You take over the leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team in the field of customer management The responsibility for the planning, implementation and continuous optimization of lifecycle and trigger campaigns (e.g. change avoidance, tariff adjustment, contract extension, cross/upselling, reactivation) lies with you You are responsible for developing cross-channel customer journeys (e-mail, customer portal, app, letter, call center) with a focus on customer satisfaction, binding and CLV Working closely with the departments Data Analytics, Customer Service, IT and Product Management You are responsible for target group segmentation, personalization and automation using modern CRM and campaign tools The analysis and reporting of campaign performance and the derivation of optimization potentials are yours You are a stimulus for innovative approaches in CRM (e.g. Predictive Modelling, Next Best Action, Sustainability Communication)

You have a degree in marketing, business, communication, data science, process management or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in CRM/stock customer marketing, ideally in the energy industry or a regulated market environment You have experience in developing and managing lifecycle strategies as well as cross-channel campaign management Leadership experience and ability to motivate teams in a dynamic environment and further develop your profile You have a high degree of customer orientation and a strong understanding of data-driven communication You are familiar with CRM systems (Dynamics CRM), marketing automation tools and analysis platforms in an x-functional environment You have an analytic strength, strategic thinking and structured working You are strong in communication, flexible, organized and have a heart for sustainability – then we look forward to you!
