Professional accompaniment in the area of residential development, including Examination and development of development potentials as well as development, planning and implementation of strategies with stakeholders Development of decision-making proposals on development measures Technical assistance in designing, preparing and implementing the necessary building rights, in order to exercise the contractor's function vis-à-vis contracted service providers or other third parties involved in the project Planning the necessary budgets Technical support for the project management in the preparation of large new, re- and extensions, including in the field of construction and economic project management Work on the project management to support particularly complex preparatory measures for complex properties Consultation/ Voting in Commercial and Business Affairs Documentation and reporting on the status of projects Cost control and documentation Support for project management in the context of housing development Development, planning and implementation of housing development measures for existing and new building properties in coordination with the project management, including: Identification and testing of potential residential development potentials (potential analysis) and production of implementation concepts Determination of property data and, in particular, the current costs and the costs of the planned projects (including SAP/BALIMA), where applicable Collection of valuables Calculation and verification of the development of costs and revenues during the short and medium-term review period of the planned project Development of strategies for housing development and participation in their implementation/ implementation, participation in the management and control of the budget of the area of responsibility Compilation of performance descriptions and compilation of documents for national/international award Coordination/ cooperation with internal and external project participants Voting with approval authorities and other third parties
