Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Magdeburg You actively shape and develop the IT Service Management of Bosch Service Solutions based on ITIL. In close cooperation with the ServiceNow Product, you ensure that the ITSM processes can be mapped using the ServiceNow ITSM module and its platform functions can be used optimally for our IT Service Management. You check the ITSM process and service quality, define and implement key figures. You regularly tune interfaces and optimizations with other processes responsible. You advise and support service and process managers in the areas of enterprise and IT service management. You train users in the Service Management processes and the ServiceNow application. You are self-sponsored and with pronounced quality awareness in a dynamic and agile service environment.
