In addition, you implement new global HR policies, processes and initiatives. These integrate you successfully into the local structures. They moderate and accompany talent management initiatives such as succession planning and performance management.

A degree in economics, law, psychology or comparable. At least 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner in a gloable industrial environment. Knowledge gained in the right to work and work and in cooperation with works councils. Detectable successes in implementing modern HR instruments and transformation projects. Consultancy, negotiation skills and a sovereign, empathic appearance. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of MS Office; Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
