You accompany the entire lifecycle of our products under Android and iOS. You support our customers in roll-out in the context of different Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems. In cooperation with our DevOps team, you are responsible for operating and managing our MDM system. You support the development in the analysis and troubleshooting of any problems in the roll-out of the applications and ensure smooth support for the currently used mobile devices (Android / iOS), both internally and externally.

A completed vocational training or studies in IT Comprehensive knowledge of EMM solutions and BSI-approved functionalities related to VMware, MobileIron, BlackBerry, SOTI Experience in complex IT projects, ideally in the course of integration and migration projects of mobile devices or Apps or service development Interest in and knowledge of market changes and technological trends in mobile solutions, as well as sound knowledge in ITIL You want to take responsibility and drive your topics forward You will also like to introduce yourself and your topics to the team and share your knowledge You are open to work in an agile environment Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
