Claims Restoration Clerk (m/w/d)

For our #TeamLebenSchuetzen in the area of damage remediation, we are looking for a specialist damage remediation (m/w/d) in full or part-time (from 30 hours a week).

You are the central point of contact for phone calls and mail. You accept damage reports, file the relevant files and forward all information carefully to the relevant colleagues. At the same time, you make sure that every request is processed quickly and friendly. You'll cover all important data on projects and damages in our systems, manage the files both digitally and paper-based and ensure that all documents are always complete and correct. You support the project management by checking offers, receiving orders, sending invoices and keeping an eye on open items. You work closely with our team and external partners such as subcontractors, insurance companies and experts. You coordinate appointments for your colleagues and ensure smooth communication between all participants – from the injured to the entrepreneurs to internal project teams. You always keep an overview of the current state of the projects. With your work in the background, you keep the operation running at the branch office: from the office organization with orders and placement to the support of the branch management in monthly accounts and administrative tasks.

You completed a commercial training. This training helps you to safely master the business tasks in the project business and to efficiently design the office organization in the branch. With at least 4–5 years of professional experience, you are able to work independently. With us you will quickly take responsibility, so it is important that you are safe in your tasks and can act independently. Ideally, you bring experience from a craftsmanship or construction company. This allows you to know the processes in the project business and quickly integrate yourself into the requirements of our damage recovery projects. Accuracy is important to you. You make sure that all data is collected correctly in our systems, damage reports are handled conscientiously and no details are overlooked. Your work supports the project managers and contributes to the success of the projects.
