The LWL-Klinikum Gütersloh – cooperation partner of the University of Bielefeld – is a differentiated treatment centre with 439 beds in the clinics General Psychiatry and Psychosomatics, Sucht, Gerontopsychiatrie, Geriatrie, Neurology and the associated day clinics, with 166 places medical rehabilitation and 44 nursing places, as well as extended outpatient offers.

The LWL-Klinik Paderborn is a common psychiatric hospital with 12 stations, 4 day clinics and an institute hospital for a region of approx. 330,000 inhabitants seeking to establish a connection of socially psychotherapeutic and psychotherapeutic including systemic principles with the modern evidence-based therapy methods in a multi-professional team in the three departments General Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, addiction and Gerontopsychiatrie/Sociotherapy. The LWL-Klinik Paderborn offers 220 stationary beds, 60 day hospitals and three extended institute hospitals around 14,000 patients annually.

Leadership of teams at Gütersloh and Paderborn sites in cooperation with stellv. Closed commercial training in the healthcare sector or in the social security sector combined with a health economic training / studies

You already have several years of professional experience in the patient: internal accounting and cost management, ideally as team management Joy in the development of interpretations of specific legal bases in billing and cost assurance They live an empathic leadership style with pronounced communication skills and reflected conflict management The organization and precise implementation of work processes are in your best hands Experience with specific hospital software, SAP FI, Vivendi, Patfak, KIS and Doxis
