SIOP Manager Europe (m/f/d)

Your role: As European SIOP Manager, you are responsible for the implementation and continuous optimization of the regional SIOP process within the Transportation BU. Ensure a reliable demand forecast, efficient inventory planning and balanced use of production and supplier capacities, thereby making an important contribution to the financial and operational performance of European sites. At the same time, you ensure the targeted parts availability in the distribution centers. The key tasks include preparing, implementing and refurbishing the SIOP meetings, implementing improvement projects, training of new process participants and cross-functional coordination of planning activities. Your challenge: Coordination and continuous development of the regional SIOP process within the BU Transportation Europe Organisation, moderation and preparation of regional SIOP meetings Control of cross-functional planning activities in close cooperation with Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, Operations and Commercial Ensuring optimal stock levels in line with Servicegrad, Working Capital targets and stock strategies Monitoring and control of production utilisation to maximise capacity utilization and avoid bottlenecks Tactical distribution of production volume between locations to improve throughput times, cost structures and margins Management of initiatives to improve SIOP processes, tools and cooperation Development and implementation of regional training to strengthen SIOP competencies Monitoring and reporting of central KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turnover and Capacity Utilization

Your profile: Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, preferably with a focus on material management Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the construction, management and optimization of SIOP processes, preferably within the automotive industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP S/4 HANA and SAP IBP modules, focusing on IBP for SOP Funded understanding of demand planning, forecasting and replenishment processes from several sources Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant ERP systems Excellent process knowledge in the area of demand planning and forecasting Characteristics about M+H products and manufacturing processes desirable

Language knowledge: flowing German and English skills Personality: High self-motivation as well as analytical thinking ability and pronounced problem-solving competence Ready to keep track of current market trends readiness to travel
