Financial Accountant Accounts Receivable Accounts Receivable (m/f/d)

Debitor accounting You're posing the debitor master files in our accounting software (Sage KHK) and tuning the accounts of our customers from the travel industry. You monitor the open positions and mock where necessary. Creditor accounting You're begging the creditor master files and taking the vote of their accounts. You are also responsible for auditing, configuring and accounting of receipts and preparation and execution of payment transactions. Accounting You take the vote and booking of all business transactions in the main book. Together with the Controlling Director, you will start monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB (optional IFRS) as well as statistics and evaluations. For differences and deviations, you clarify the causes and tune the accounts. Personal account You are the master data of our 90 colleagues and you are contact person: in content-relevant questions. You manage your holiday and working time accounts and carry out monthly payrolls including all notifications to health insurance companies and authorities.

You have a completed commercial training – you like to add a further education to the balance sheet holder:in or something comparable. You have several years of experience in financial accounting and ideally know you in all these areas. With accounting software (optimally SAGE KHK/Sage HR) as well as MS Office (especially Excel) you will be sure to change. Tax and social security are not a book with seven seals for you. You work structured, reliable and like to work independently. Numbers are exactly your thing – precision is in your blood. You speak fluently in word and writing. You are also a team player and communicate clearly and openly.
