For ProMinent Deutschland GmbH we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) Pre-Sales Technical Customer Consulting.

Head: You take over the leadership of the team in the field of pre-sales. Advice: During business hours, you are the central contact person for customer concerns with reference to the entire product portfolio (telephone, email and online meetings). Support: You support our customers of ProMinent Germany in the design of our products and advise across products, e.g. in the fields of metering technology and measurement and control technology. Spare parts management: You support the sales departments in identifying required new parts and spare parts and clarify spare parts from customer-specific products and systems. Product recommendation: You advise sales in the selection of alternative new products. Sales expansion: You promote cross- and up-selling of ProMinent products as part of technical advice. Coordination: You continue to conduct relevant market requirements for product and application management.

Training: You have a technical training in the field of mechanics, mechatronics or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Leadership experience: You have ideally already experience in managing teams and can take responsibility. Technical understanding: You bring very good understanding of process engineering processes and their relationships with and possess application knowledge in dealing with chemicals. Business: You have a good business understanding. Software knowledge: You are safe in handling SAP and MS Office applications. Communication: You convince by communication strength and social competence in dealing with internal and external partners. Personal strengths: You convince with a quick understanding and a strong ability to solve problems and at the same time bring a high degree of critique and conflict. Language skills: You speak German at native language level and have very good English skills.
