Staff, telephone service and reception (m/f/d)

The team for our reception and telephone service ensures a smooth first contact of our visitors and callers. You work between 7:30am and 5:00pm after consultation mainly in telephone service and support reception as required. We approach our activities structuredly and work well in the team. Are you like us? Then get yourself in: You are the first contact person: The telephone calls in our headquarters are accepted and communicated by you. You will receive our guests on site: visitors will be welcomed at our reception. For questions, you are the first contact person. You support the team: Data collection and input of change data into our database as well as general postal service activities such as parcel delivery and acceptance support you as required.

Training: You have completed vocational training. Experience: Ideally, you could already gain experience with telephone activities and reception. Knowledge: You have basic MS-Office knowledge and master the German language very well in word and writing. Personality: You are characterized by your safe, friendly and service-oriented appearance as well as your communicative skills.
