Production Engineer Laser Systems (m/f/d)

Process optimization: You analyze existing production processes and develop sustainable measures to increase efficiency and quality. Production development: You plan and optimize workflows in assembly and test experiments to continuously improve our manufacturing processes. Product introduction: You accompany the introduction of new products into production and ensure a smooth transition from development to production. Error analysis: You identify causes of process deviations and develop effective strategies to avoid errors. Studies: You have completed engineering studies, e.g. in the field of production technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, laser technology or a comparable field of expertise. Production experience: Ideally, you already bring professional experience in the production environment or in a comparable position. Methodology competence: You have a good technical understanding and knowledge in the analysis and optimization of production processes. Analytical Thinking: You are structuring challenges, identifying optimization potentials and taking appropriate measures.
