Your future tasks:You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of our receivable management and debt collection team, consisting of currently four employees Together with your team, you process open demands and make sure that payments are made on time and in full You analyze and evaluate payment failures You work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders You control and monitor the tasks and processes within the team within the framework of the company guidelines and, if necessary, initiate process optimization You organize and moderate exchange appointments in the team and plan regular team building measures and activities for the continuous promotion of team collaboration Through trainings, courses and coachings, you are responsible for the professional development of your employees

You can provide a training as a lawyer, a successfully completed commercial training or alternatively a comparable qualification and bring relevant professional experience in receivable management or finance as well as first leadership experience with You bring a high level of enthusiasm and motivation Your knowledge in the legal field and in agile project methods are beneficial Customer orientation, communication strength, decision-making and sense of responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and team skills are of course for you When dealing with current MS Office applications, you feel safe
