We cook in the style of the new German cuisine: traditional-modern - Baden, Asian, Mediterranean with the typical flavors of the region.

Special attention is given to the uniqueness of our dishes.

We try to achieve this with herbs and spices, aromas and modern cooking techniques: whether Pacojet, Thermomix, Holdomat, Konvektomat - we cook with the latest equipment.

The dishes with us in the lion should not only be fun for the guests, but also for us chefs!
