Technology & Process Engineer (w/m/x)

What if you actively shape the technological development of our production and implement innovative concepts in practical solutions? As a Technology & Process Engineer (w/m/x) you identify, evaluate and implement new technologies around production, engineering and maintenance - with particular focus on automation, digitization, sustainability and data-based optimization. Your main tasks include: Introduction and further development of predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and AI-based maintenance concepts to improve plant performance and resource efficiency Identification, evaluation and implementation of new technologies and engineering concepts for production, maintenance, automation and digitalization Analysis and evaluation of new machine, automation and digitalization solutions in terms of technical feasibility, economics and sustainability Analysis of production, machine and process data using data analytics and AI applications for identifying and implementing optimization potentials Head of technology, investment and digitalization projects from conception to implementation Development of technical standards, key figures and concepts for asset management, spare parts management and asset life cycles Participation in specification, selection, procurement and commissioning of new production plants Monitoring and evaluation of technological trends and deriving relevant engineering and maintenance concepts for the production site

You are well suited to this role when you pursue new technologies with enthusiasm, capture technical and data-based relationships quickly and bring ideas to concrete solutions. Here you combine analytical thinking with a structured and practical way of working. Ideally, you bring the following skills and strengths: Complete master's degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering with a focus on production or a comparable qualification 2+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of production, engineering, operational excellence, industrial automation or a comparable area Knowledge of topics such as predictive maintenance, asset management, TPM, OEE or lean management Affinity for digitalization, data analytics, AI applications and smart manufacturing Technical understanding of production facilities, automation solutions and industrial optimization processes Analytical and structured operation combined with high implementation orientation and a practical approach Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
