Challenge yourself: We are now looking for a motivated production employee in full time in Höchstadt.

These are your tasks:

• equip, set up and optimize parameters for machines and systems independently
• secure quality standards, perform measurements and document results
• Service machines, support machine operators, communicate with maintenance personnel
• Monitor plant start and validate proper function
• Work in new colleagues and share your knowledge
• Accompany new approaches and process optimizations, introduce ideas for improvement

Your qualification:

• Complete training in the metalworking profession (e.g. machining mechanics, precision mechanics, industrial mechanics)

• Safe operation of CNC and conventional machines

• High readiness, reliability and strong quality awareness

• ready for shift work in the 2/3 layer system
