Children who had it particularly hard and, due to their traumatic symptoms, bring the youth assistance system to its limits, have you always found it exciting? For our trauma pedagogical-therapeutic intensive care group for children, we are now looking for dedicated social pedagogues, curative pedagogues or pedagogical (trauma) professionals with interest in trauma education in part-time or full-time (30–39 week hours).

Your job:

• Designing and implementing the trauma pedagogical concept in group everyday life
• Intensive (traumatic) individual and group work with children
• As a supervisor, you are responsible for the education and development planning for a child living in the housing group.
• Participation in assistance planning, development reports and documentation
• Everyday management and leisure activities in group service (including night readiness and weekend services)

Your requirements:

Social pedagogue, pedagogue, state-recognized educator, nurse, childhood education, medical education (human)

• A dedicated, flexible, resilient and reflected colleague (man)
• Experience in child and youth assistance
• Ready for trauma pedagogical training
• High inner strength as well as the ability to remain operational and sovereign even in stress situations
• Feeling for challenge and intense relationship work
• Pleasure to create a consistently trauma pedagogical setting in an interdisciplinary team for children with severe binding disorders and trauma disturbances, and thus to offer children who had to make the worst experiences so far, a persistent, healing environment
• Class B licence (forced required)
