The Karlsruhe Youth Hostel has 170 beds in 42 rooms and the Rabeneck Youth Hostel is equipped with 96 beds in 27 rooms. Since 2016, both houses have been run as tandem management. You cook healthy and balanced, delicious and economical for our guests You pay attention to allergies and also enchant vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. The operational planning and professional management of the staff as well as their incorporation and training are in your hands as well as the cost-effectiveness of the kitchen. Of course, you will also take over the goods usage planning, documentation and storage as well as the goods purchase. You have already made your passion a profession and have completed your training as a cook (m/w/d) or Projektmanager (m/w/d). You have a great host heart and a passion for gastronomy. A high level of reliability and flexibility as well as the willingness to work in the shift system and on weekends are of course for you Your own initiative, willingness to use, resilience, confidentiality and trustworthiness belong to you, as well as a well-kept appearance.
