In this crucial role, you act as the first contact person for the executives in your field of support and thus significantly contribute HR to the success of the company. In a regular dialogue with the business, you will receive important impulses for HR, and on the other hand, with your broad HR know-how, you will specifically control the implementation of personalised processes and instruments. You are part of the centrally organised HR Business Partner team at the head office. Build your future together with us!

Consultant (m/w/d) as a competent and acquainted Sparring Partner and support managers in all personal and labour-related issues From onboarding to offboarding: you professionally control the entire employee lifecycle as well as the implementation of HR core processes You accompany organizational changes, change processes and organizational developments and ensure targeted implementation The management of projects related to the strategic priorities of HR is the salt in the soup for you You will enjoy the proactive identification of HR trends and business challenges and their translation into forward-looking HR processes and actions

Graduate in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or Comparative Qualification - a training to the coach (m/w/d) is advantageous Multiannual and multifaceted professional experience in HR consulting, in the construction industry or in the corporate environment Outstanding business understanding as well as profound experience in project work and in accompanying change processes Sovereign appearance, excellent communication skills across all hierarchical levels and creative-pragmatic solution orientation Experiences in the trusted handling of employees' representations and well-founded knowledge in the right to work and collective agreements
