You support our customers in configuring and customizing our software. With our low-code/no-code options, you implement individual solutions together with our customers. You analyze existing processes together with the customers and transfer them to the customer's e-act environment. You carry out customer appointments and workshops and explain technical functions and relationships in a comprehensible manner. You support questions regarding the design and implementation of integrated solutions for our customers. You work closely with our internal teams and bring requirements from customer projects into the further development of our solutions.

You have completed IT training (e.g. business informatics/informatics, technical informatics or comparable qualifications). You already have experience with low-code/no-code solutions, software testing and/or test management. You could already gain basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and have a solid understanding of software development. You combine technical understanding with strong customer orientation and enjoy direct customer contact as well as presentations, trainings and workshops. You can quickly capture technical facts and transfer them to specific requirements. You work independently, structured and reliable and at the same time you like to be part of a team. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
