Completed studies in business, infor­mation or related fields Multiannual experience as Agile Coach or in a comparable role Knowledge of systemic approaches, lean management and agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Experience in the collection and analysis of metrics for process optimization Certifications in agile methods (including SAFe) are advantageous Excellent communication and moderation capabilities and the ability to actively shape change processes and convince stakeholders High flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment Very good knowledge of German and English (min.
