Own ongoing lease accounting (no WEG) for residential, commercial and mixed real estate – also taking into account the applicable sales tax regulations Collection of invoices and their confirmation and payment preparation Preparation and quality assurance of annual heating cost accounting and communication with external heating cost accounting firms Responsibility for compiling annual operating expenses Correspondence with tenants, suppliers, authorities, owners and strategic partners Current reporting for customers and internal portfolio management in asset management Tracking index increases in commercial leases Creating and redeeming lease securities (deposits) Documentation of business incidents and delivery to tax advisors (DATEV) and lawyers Responsibility for a revision-proof payment transaction (Profi cash)

Completed property-specific training Multiannual professional experience in the accounting lease management of residential and commercial real estate Safe handling of sales tax options in commercial real estate Comprehensive knowledge of property rental law Ideally experience with the real estate software Domus ERP and Domus CRM as well as good knowledge in the common Microsoft products MS Word and MS Excel Secure knowledge of the German language in word and writing Ideally additional knowledge in accounting
