Consultant for Human Resources Processes and Digitization (m/f/d)

In the heart of Stuttgart we provide approximately 1,850 employees and 400 flatbeds in 8 main specialist departments annually about 21,000 patients in a stationary state and 90,000 patients outpatient. Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart is looking for you at the next possible time, fixed for 24 months, in full or part-time (min. 80%) as Consultant (m/w/d) for personal processes and digitalization

Work and takeover of key tasks in the rollout of GuideCom as a new staff management system in the Diakonie-Klinikum Stuttgart Analysis, description and further development of existing personal processes – in particular with regard to digital workflows, roles, permissions and interfaces Support in coordination between HR, IT, executives, external service providers and the software provider Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of workshops, tests, piloting and training Participation in the design of a structured key-user concept and in the ability of users Creation of process documentation, training documents, decision templates, communication materials Support for data quality, system maintenance, authorization management and transfer of existing processes to the new system landscape Accompanying the change process within the HR department as well as with executives and employees

Successfully completed studies in the field of human resources management, business management, business informatics, health management or a comparable qualification desirable Experience in personnel work, process management or digitization projects – ideally in hospital or healthcare Very good understanding of administrative personnel processes and their digital image Joy of project work, process design and change management Embossed Analytical and Structured Operation High communication strength and the ability to take different target groups Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with personal software, digital workflows or document management systems is advantageous Own initiative, organisational skills, reliability and team skills
