Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary management of a customer service team for bAV products Leadership and development of the team (approximately 15 employees) in line with corporate values and leadership principles Ensuring the continuous development of expertise in the team Ensuring high service quality and optimising existing processes with focus on customer satisfaction Planning and control of daily, weekly and monthly team activities to meet agreed service levels Responsibility for the achievement of team goals in compliance with defined SLAs and quality specifications Ensuring effective risk management in accordance with the corporate group standards Joint development of the structures and procedures of the Customer Service department in the leadership team

Complete training in the area of merchants for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification Extensive experience in application or inventory management in the field of occupational pensions (bAV), acquired in a life insurance company detectable (first) leadership experience Embossed understanding of life insurance/investment products Experience in working with complex management systems Impressive analytical skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a comprehensible way Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, resilience, flexibility and team-oriented working Excellent German and good English skills
