Assistant Legal and General Administration (m/f/d)

As an assistance, you support the Head of Business and the lawyers working in the field in their administrative and organisational tasks. The main tasks are: Organisation of the personal dates and deadlines of the Head of Division and other professional bodies as well as management and takeover of the organisational tasks for the business unit Support for trainees, students and interns as well as the organization of the onboarding process in the department Reporting and preparation and monitoring of internal processes Document management, post-processing, correspondence with internal and external bodies Coordination activities in contract management

Graduated training, in particular as a lawyer, commercial training or as a medical specialist (m/w/d) with several years of experience in assistance, in a comparable position in a legal department, law firm or health care institution An independent working method, organizational talent, very good knowledge of German, safe handling of MS Office applications We require good orthographic knowledge You support our team through your competent and safe appearance as well as your friendly and positive performance
