You lead a team of 11 team members and offer orientation and a professional home Supporting the transformation of the product line is one of your most important tasks You create an environment for the professional and methodological development of your team, which is characterized by an open feedback and learning culture You anchor a modern product minimum set and support the individual development of your team members You create clear responsibilities, transparent goals and effective cooperation You focus on transparent communication of goals, progresses and challenges

Completed studies (BWL, Business Informatics, or comparable) Multiannual experience in product management, in particular the development of digital products Experience in disciplinary leadership Embossed passion for the development of your team To further develop active design will both product and working methods Deep understanding of agile principles and modern product organisations Ability to combine strategic perspective with operational implementation Communication strength, clarity in decisions and empathy in dealing with people Very good German knowledge (at least C1) complete your profile
