Fire Protection Expert (m/f/d)

As an engineer, you manage the building and the facilities as a whole.

FM Task: Organisation of all tests, maintenance and testing of fire protection systems performing independent inspections of sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems (BMA), smoke and heat extraction systems (RWA) etc. including documentation in the test book Professional and fire protection-oriented communication with customers and internal contact persons

Managing task:Weekly Meeting with colleagues Communication for projects, support for fire protection topics in other projects Planning for repair or development of plants

Maintenance, maintenance and safety: implementation and coordination of maintenance and repair measures of plants and building infrastructure ensuring compliance with safety rules and regular controls on fire protection systems and technical facilities

Disruption management and emergency repairs:Fast and effective response to faults, identification of fault sources, implementation of repairs to ensure trouble-free operation Proactive action in emergencies for risk mitigation and securing location security

Documentation and Cost Management:Developing detailed documentation of work and maintenance carried out Monitoring and control of maintenance costs, processing of offers and invoices, ensuring precise cost center allocation

Coordination of service providers and project cooperation: Control of external service providers and foreign companies in accordance with quality standards, implementation of instructions and checks during order execution Support in the planning and implementation of small projects

Professional requirements: Complete vocational training or completed study is required Experience with sprinkler systems (inspection, alarm and pump tests) according to VdS CEA 4001, Section 19 Experience with BMZ, BMA, BST, BSK, RWA and flash protection systems Creation and implementation of annual maintenance and testing plans Experience with CO2 leaching systems and HDWN systems Detectional experience with gas warning systems, gas quenching centers (CO2), sprinkler systems and high-pressure water mist systems is a great advantage Professional experience as a sprinkler waiter Fire protection certificate Experience in project management (termination and budget planning) in the interface between client and sub-con Experience in service management Organisational and communication skills Management competence and entrepreneurial thinking Willingness to take responsibility Impressed ability to track and control tasks and processes continuously Safe handling of MS Office and other work system Flowing German knowledge at native language level, good English knowledge (Korean knowledge is advantageous) Flexibility and willingness to face new challenges
