Your duties • Monitor the execution of the construction projects in a project team • Support for the construction management in the preparation and implementation of the construction measures • Regular presence on site on our construction sections to ensure that the contractual and customer-specific requirements are met (consistency with the execution planning, the construction permit, the performance descriptions and with the generally accepted rules of technology and the relevant laws, regulations and directives) • Implementation of the construction site documentation before, during and after the project • Sustainable implementation of Lessons Learned together with the stakeholders responsible

Your profile • Completion as an engineer / technician / master with several years of experience in local construction monitoring in the areas of civil engineering / management and traffic road construction, state-tested. Polier civil engineering / DQR 6 standard or comparable • Readiness to travel in the area of western Thuringia • Individual initiative, enforcement, team capacity, independent work and very good communication and expressive skills • Experience in the project and construction site business with regard to safety and health • Routinized handling of standard office software and openness for new IT applications
