Our service depth ranges from small repair measures, recurring maintenance work to complex new building, renovation and modernization projects for single-family houses, apartments and commercial premises. Our location is Berlin and the Berlin surrounding area. You enter and develop SHK projects in residential and commercial properties You organize and coordinate customer service orders You plan and monitor smaller construction sites and maintenance You co-ordinate our engineer: inside and tune with other works Make appointments, quality and cost safe You are the technical contact for Monteur: inside, client: inside and inside You will first scales, calculations and offers and agree with client:inside and supplier:inside

You have a completed training as a master:in the SHK area You have experience in service and project management in SHK You have a high sense of responsibility You have good leadership and communication skills You are team-ready and show high commitment You have commercial and technical understanding as well as organizational and coordination strength You work profit-oriented and self-employed and have a driving licence class B or III
