Senior Product Assurance & Quality Manager for Flooring Systems (m/f/d)

You are responsible for planning and implementing the quality programme of an interdisciplinary large project You guide the project PA team professionally and define work packages as well as strategic quality objectives You are central to all quality topics in the project – internally and externally – and are in constant exchange with the specialist departments to coordinate the flow of information You conduct quality reviews and miles and take care of the complete preparation and preparation You check internal and external documentation for compliance with applicable requirements and release them for use You are responsible for steering non-compliant products and guide the relevant decision bodies You regularly report to project management and department

You have a completed, technical or scientific study or a comparable qualification and can effectively translate your knowledge into practice You have several years of experience in the management or coordination of teams and are well aware of the product and quality assurance for hardware and software as well as the related standards (e.g. ISO, EN, AQAP, ECSS) You are a communication talent, can motivate and effectively moderate conversations – including parallel protocol management You also keep an overview of many parallel topics, focus on priorities and do not lose sight of the overall picture You are interested in complex problems, processes and details You are used to make decisions and represent them You speak fluent German and English in word and writing You are flexible and have fun on business trips
